Employment
We promote 'good practice' arrangements in the work place, tackling discrimination in
recruitment or promotion.
We also work on the monitoring of equal opportunity arrangements
and the development of 'positive action' training programmes.
Assistance is given to
applicants in representing them before panels and industrial tribunals. We work in
partnership with trade unions.In conjunction with JobCentre Plus we
also provide job and benefit advice.
